Our quality promise

What do we mean by quality? Not only the quality of products is important for our customers, but also everything from order processing through to after-sales service. How quickly do we answer your enquiries? How punctual are we with our deliveries? How do we handle your complaints? All of these aspects are expressed by your satisfaction. Our objective is satisfied customers.

Quality-aware employees

We place great value on quality-aware thinking. This starts with the organisation of the workplace and covers everything from clear communication within and between departments to the professional commitment of all individuals. An internal CIP (continuous improvement process) system ensures that employees question their processes and provide new impulses for optimisation

"With my ideas, I can improve our products and internal processes. I contribute my suggestions to the CIP and actively help to implement them in practice."

Our quality promise - your benefit

See for yourself how EXMAR quality is embodied!

Our business processes are not only certified to ISO 9001. Internal processes are also subject to regular inspections as part of external customer audits.
EXMAR products and ranges meet the requirements for common approvals in the sector. All the important information regarding your order can be found at a glance in our uniformly-structured 3.1 certificates. Our high-quality requirements apply equally to product quality, supplier quality and processing of enquiries and orders. This is our promise!

"I feel responsible for my work. I know my responsibilities and competences. My goal is to do quality work every day."

Safe processes

We have a network of long-standing suppliers and partners who help to keep our quality promise. Our processes are defined and consciously put into practice. We perform quality controls on our incoming goods and technical inspections during production and before packaging. We commission all orders with the four eye principle. We process complaints immediately, and take these seriously.

"Appointment commitments are binding for me and my employees. This applies not only to orders, but also to meetings and callbacks. It is my task to monitor the adherence to schedules of our production orders and to react early in case of delays".
